I thought that this section was astounding. I loved how Sampson was able to get the job that he had waited tremendously long for. The thought of Sampson not becoming a doctor was truly sad to envision. I am glad that the Rameck talked Sampson out of leaving the field. And it was truly miraculous that he ended up working not only close to home, but in the hospital that had inspired him.

I thought the way that Rameck and George were there for Sampson was really good. It was also nice that Carla could help him out too. The doctors and where they were placed was very good for their futures. I hope that the boys will still be able to see each other. I also think that Rameck did miss out on a lot when he was thinking about guns and violence rather than stethoscopes.

I thought this section was really good. I thought it was kind of amazing how he was going to be working near where he lived and where he was born and cared for. I also like how he found out his mistakes in the test and studied harder and exceeded.

<>I thought it was good that Carla was there for Sampson as well as the others and that she believed in them. I can relate to that because I helped my friend when her mother died and said that you could believe and succeed….<>
