DreamLand, is about a girl named Caitlin. Caitln loses her older sister, Cassandra. Caitlin trys out for the cheerleading squad. The only reason she stays with it, is because it keeps her mom happy. Caitlin feels that now cass is gone she needs to follow her shadow. On her way to a party she meets a boy. His name is Rogerson. Caitlin really likes him and sees him every night. Sooner or later her world comes crashing down behind her when her boyfriend hits her for the first time.DreamLand is a great book because, once you get started you can't stop. It teaches you to get out while you can. In the sense that you need to tell someone. Also you learn to keep your priorities straight.
