This book is about a mom, a son named Travis and his little brother Arliss. One day they find a dog that was eating all of their meat. Then little Arliss see's the dog and wants to keep it. They deside to keep the old raskle of a dog. As time goes on Old Yeller (the dog) and Travis by his side makes it through tough times. Together to the end.
